I’m a new patient at the Swansea location. I’ve been to them at least 3 times and every time I went, Dr. Shelton and his staffing or great and welcoming. They’re friendly, patient.. take the time to explain everything they or doing. They want to make sure you have the best care. I’ve been to different dentist’s over the years and had a lot of work done. When I say, I barely felt pain, didn’t feel much at all. Dr. Shelton take his time to make sure you’re comfortable as well as the staff. I would recommend anyone to come here if your looking for a Dentist.

From initial greeting to meeting the staff, especially Dr. Shawna, everyone was warm and pleasant. Each step of my initial visit was explained and all questions answered
I never felt rushed and was treated with respect and care. This is the establishment you want to be in for top of the line care.

The service was excellent, the receptionist was very efficient, and Karen, the hygienist was so helpful, thorough and understanding, she did a great job. The dentist Dr Shawna, made sure everything was explained, took all the time that was needed, she was terrific. Really appreciate all they did.

Dr Winebaugh saw Cathy the same day to address a fractured tooth. He was very thorough in his approach, explained the procedure carefully - including his strategy to remove it to be effective and quick, talked with us throughout the procedure and gave a very detailed sense of what recovery would be. He adjusted medications and techniques to help Cathy recover faster with less pain. The team was also excellent and caring. A painful tooth is sure a bad experience, but they really were caring and quick to respond.

The place was beautiful inside and everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hygienist Karen that helped me was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable, was knowledgeable, and walked me through everything step by step. This was my first time ever going to the dentist and they made it amazing. I’m so glad I came here. Highly highly highly recommend anyone to come here.

They explain everything very clearly in the machine that took the pictures was easy to use. They made a treatment plan, which seems to be very good. My only downfall is that they are so far away from me. It’s a long drive 45 minutes.

I have been searching for a great Dentist. I am big on customer service and friendly staff. I hit the jackpot. The staff was welcoming, professional, friendly, and EFFICIENT! They listen, take interest, and are accommodating. Not only that, they are on time! My family and I truly had a great experience here. And the Dentist who saw us, Dr. Shawna Dudovitz, impeccable. Knowledgeable, relatable, and even remembered me talking about my oldest daughter’s med school journey. My daughter ended up coming in later and she spoke words of encouragement to her and gave her advice. Like come on! My youngest ended up coming back for some dental work. She was in and out and I was charged, EXACTLY, what I was quoted. This is the “Family Dentist” vibe I was looking for.

Office is very clean and bright. Staff is very friendly and professional. Easy to schedule appointment. Had no issues with the check ups and cleanings my daughters get here. Works out great since it is a short drive from home.

Friendly service. So 1st visit, I had some discolor on one of my front teeth. They said we can fix that, I was REALLY!!!!!! Not that my my last dentist was not good at what they did( they tried to fix it) I really like going there. But Park Place Dental won me over on the the 1st visit, I didn’t smile for along time, now I do everyday.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences since 2021 when I started going to Park Place Dental. They really do a great job of being professional, coming up with a dental plan for you and being as flexible as possible. I definitely recommend them to anyone who has had prior experiences that keep you from going to the dentist. I started going to them because they were 5 mins away from my house. I moved away 2 years ago and drive 30 minutes for each visit with no problem but it’s worth the great service.

Awesome service, they got me in when no one else would even call me back. They also were extremely pleasant and were able to solve my issues without an enormous bill. considering changing to this office for my permanent dental care. Thank you!!!
